BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT The Project consists of rehabbing 105 units, which includes, but is not limited to, replacing cabinets, flooring, electrical devices, plumbing fixtures, paint, and replacing sewer lines throughout the property.

NHA initated a purge to the waiting lists on APRIL 24, 2026 with a deadline of MAY 10, 2026.

If you are currently on the PUBLIC HOUSING ONE BEDROOM waiting list you MUST go online to your Rent Cafe portal and complete the SAVE MY SPOT by the deadline date of MAY 10, 2026. If you do not do this, you will be removed from the waiting list and at the current time all waiting lists are closed.

We will not accept paper submissions. You MUST go online and do SAVE MY SPOT in order to remain on the wating list.
If you have any issues logging into your portal at www.myhousingportal.org please contact our office so that we can help you BEFORE the deadline date of MAY 10, 2026.
