Temporary Service Alert: Downtown Office Only

Due to technical issues, DMV Select services at the Downtown Commissioner of the Revenue office are unavailable for the remainder of today.

Any transactions requiring processing through the Commissioner of the Revenue office cannot be completed at the Downtown location today. However, the Treasurer's Office is still able to process vehicle registration renewals at the Downtown location.

All DMV Select services remain fully available at our Denbigh Satellite Office.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate the public's patience as we work to resolve the issue.

📢 Holiday Closure Notice

The Newport News Commissioner of the Revenue's Office will be closed on Friday, June 19, in observance of the Juneteenth holiday.

Both our City Hall and Denbigh locations will reopen for normal business hours at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, June 22.

We encourage citizens to plan accordingly for any in-person services. Many services and resources remain available online at nnva.gov/cor.

We wish everyone a safe and reflective holiday weekend.
