A positive club environment is crucial for youth as it fosters trust, collaboration, and personal growth, creating a supportive space for skill development and leadership. Family-style dining together enhances these benefits by promoting open communication, building strong relationships, and encouraging a sense of community. This shared experience helps youth feel valued and connected, making them more engaged and confident in the club and their daily lives.

Youth Programs had a successful Operation Megaphone event. We bridged the gap between home-school teens and public school teens by asking questions and playing games. In our first activity teens discuss the similarities and differences between the two types of school. After that, we played Rock Paper Showdown and Dodgeball. It was a fun evening.
