Managing diabetes can feel easier when you have the right tools and support. 💙

Peninsula Agency on Aging’s Diabetes Self-Management Program is a 6-week program designed to help participants build practical skills, learn from shared experiences, and feel more confident managing their health.

This program is open to individuals with diabetes or pre-diabetes, as well as caregivers supporting someone with diabetes or pre-diabetes.
