Free meals are provided to all children and teens on a first come, first serve basis at locations throughout Newport News on the days and times listed. All meals must be consumed on site. All sites will be closed on June 19 and July 3, 2026.

Today, our fifth graders—our rising sixth graders—were promotion ready and shining brighter than ever! 🎓🦘✨
As they prepare to close one chapter and begin another, we couldn't be more proud of all they have accomplished. From classroom achievements to lasting friendships and unforgettable memories, they have grown in so many ways throughout their elementary school journey.
Middle school, here they come! Continue to dream big, work hard, and let your Kanga Pride lead the way. Congratulations to our rising sixth graders—we know you are destined for great things!
