We’re hiring Part-Time Community Engagement Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work alongside adults with intellectual disabilities, helping them get out into the community, build connections, explore new experiences, and enjoy life to the fullest.
This isn’t just a job - it’s an opportunity to make a real difference while having fun along the way.

• Support adults with intellectual disabilities as they participate in community activities
• Help create meaningful, engaging, and enjoyable experiences
• Encourage independence, confidence, and social connections
• Be a positive, dependable presence and a great teammate
• Bring your personality, creativity, and sense of fun to the job!
💙 What We’re Looking For
No experience? No problem! We’re happy to train the right person.
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Engaging, friendly, and energetic
• A strong communicator
• Patient, dependable, and compassionate
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Someone who genuinely enjoys helping others
• Someone who knows how to work hard and have fun! 😄
🚗 Requirements
You must have:
• Your own reliable transportation (you will not need it to perform duties, but we need someone with reliability)
• A valid, clean driver’s license
• The ability to pass a criminal background check
• Availability 2–3 days per week, Monday–Friday
• Availability during the hours of 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
