There are a few spot still available for tomorrow's ONLINE Fact or Fiction: News Literacy Workshop. 📰

This workshop will equip you with three essential tips to help you instantly spot fake news from real facts!

Here are three simple tips when it comes to reading the news:
1. Check the Source: Where is the story coming from? Is it a well-known, reputable news organization, or a site you've never heard of?
2. Look at the Date: Is this actually new news? Old articles are often reposted to mislead readers. Don't fall for an out-of-date story!
3. Research the Facts: Does the story sound too crazy to be true? Use a quick Google search to see if other credible news sources are reporting the same information. If no one else is covering it, be suspicious!

Empower yourself to make informed decisions and attend our workshop happening tomorrow, Friday, November 21 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Zoom (https://fullerton.zoom.us/j/82004760338 - Meeting ID: 820 0476 0338 )
