💠If you haven’t received food from the Mobile Food Pantry in the past three months, please take a moment to complete the 2025–2026 Mobile Food Pantry Registration form before your next visit. You can also determine if you are eligible for food we might receive from the USDA through The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP). Both forms can be found at https://www.reallifecenter.org/rlc-monthly-mfp.

💠If you are not able to print these forms, we have them at the Mobile Food Pantry. Please allow time to complete the forms when you arrive.

👉Be sure to bring your driver’s license or state-issued ID with you.
