Newman Grove Housing Authority Provide smoke-free, safe, suitable income-based housing to qualifying individuals & families of all ages.

NGHA, also know as Golden Age Apartments, was built in 1964. It originally consisted of 20 one bedroom apartments, but has since been somewhat remodeled to accommodate different needs of the community and surrounding areas. We now have a total of 17 apartments, consisting of 6 two-bedroom apartments, and 11 one-bedroom apartments. We are continually attempting to make improvements to both the apartments and the grounds as funding allows.
