Craft Day is scheduled for Friday, September 19th, immediately after school. We will be tie-dyeing with spray paint. We can only accommodate 12 to 15 kids, so please sign up if interested. You will need to bring your own t-shirt that you wish to tie-dye.

The 2025 Summer Reading Program "Color Our World" was Hot, Busy, Fun, and Entertaining. The kids had a great week. Thank you to all the parents for encouraging your child to learn, grow, and be challenged all through reading. Thank you to Sarah Polacek and John, and Beth Williamson for taking the time to share with the kids. Thank you to all my helpers. Gosh, there is no way I could have survived without ya.

Hey kids, it's the last day of school. Congratulations on all your accomplishments. You have worked hard and deserve some time off. The library wants to help you celebrate, so stop in, get a sno-cone, and start your summer.

The Summer Reading Program "COLOR OUR WORLD" at the Newman Grove Public Library will be June 10th -13th.
Preschool - 1st is from 9:00 to10:30
2-6 is from 11:00 to 1:00 Except on Friday...

Tuesday the VR truck will be here for the 2nd-6th grade please have your kids register in advance.

Wednesday Sarah Polacek from the Madison County Extension office will have a program for both age groups.🍓🍇🥦🌽

Thursday Local artist Annette Bender will demonstrate different painting technics the kids themselves will try .🎨

Friday we will start at 9:00 with all the kids at the library head to the park where John and Beth Williamson will give a program. The kids will create their own chalk murals. Games, prizes and lunch will end the day. You can pick up your kids between 12:30 - 1:00🤸‍♀️🎁🌭

PS Yes the kids will be painting on Tuesday and Thursday so wear suitable clothing :) 😁
