The Newell Area Civic Council will be sponsoring a ceremony at the Memorial Wall in Newell. Please join us May, 25 2015. The ceremony will begin at 2pm an there will be refreshments proceeding. Any veterans, civil servants, firefighters, police officers who wish to be recognized, please contact Laura at (304)459-3191 with your information.

The civic council has begun holding flea markets on Fridays and saturdays. Due to recent interest, we will also be open on sundays.

Tomorrow, the Newell Area Civic Counsel will be having a Easter egg hunt. The event will start at 1pm, and is open to toddlers and children up to forth grade.
