Save the date! Mark your calendars! Our event has been finalized! The Newcomerstown Fire Department annual "Wine, Dine, and Swine" fund-raising event will be Thursday, October 8, 2020 at the Yellow Butterfly Winery located at 11661 Blue Ridge Road in Newcomerstown. Dinner includes pulled pork, baked beans, cole slaw, bread, and wine tastings of the award winning Yellow Butterfly Wine for a $10.00 donation. Meals will be served from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Dine-in and carry-out meals are available. Tickets are now available from any member of the Newcomerstown Fire Department or by calling (740) 498-8808 or (330) 340-6537. There are a limited number of tickets available, and they sell very quickly! We will be following the recommended social distancing guidelines so that everyone stays safe.

All proceeds are used to purchase emergency equipment. Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to seeing you there!

The Newcomerstown Fire Department Annual Chicken Barbecue and Car Cruise-in is scheduled for Saturday, September 12, 2020 at the David Barber Civic Center.

Cruise-in registration is $10.00 and lasts from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. 75 awards and "Best of Show" will be awarded at 3:00 p.m. The first 150 registrants will receive a dash plaque. This is a professionally judged cruise-in.

Chicken dinners will be served from 11:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Dinners include 1/2 chicken, your choice of two side dishes, and a roll for a $10.00 donation. Carry-out meals are available. Pre-sale tickets are available from any member of the fire department and are highly recommended as we sell out every year!

Our "Bingo and a Barbecue" event will follow the cruise-in! Doors for bingo open at 3:00 p.m., and the bingo games begin at 6:30 p.m. Package prices start at $10.00 with a guaranteed payout of at least $3,500.00.

Can you believe that it is that time of year already? The Newcomerstown Fire Department is proud to present our annual holiday craft show Saturday, November 2, 2019 from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the David Barber Civic Center located at 1066 East State Street in Newcomerstown.

Table prices are $15.00 each. Tables are eight feet long and three feet wide and may be reserved by filling out the attached form and mailing to:

Santa Claus will be making a special appearance from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. to see who has been naughty or nice so bring your cameras to snap his picture!

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank Karen Haver for all of her years of dedicated service to our craft show. She spent countless hours working at our craft show. We hope that she is enjoying her retirement and spending time with all of her family.

It is with great sadness that we recognize fire department member Judy Weber Sandstead who recently passed away unexpectedly. She was a crafting extraordinaire that enjoyed stamping, knitting, crocheting, and Zentangle. Whether she had a table at the craft show or came to view everyone’s creations, she always looked forward to seeing everyone’s beautiful displays. She was looking so forward to planning this year’s show. Judy is missed immensely.
