I enjoy prophetic ministry that doesn’t have cream and sugar.

A shift was needed in the 90’s to prophetic ministry that came from the heart of Jesus which was full of love and redemption. To many self proclaimed prophets and apostles have nothing to say so they add fluff and things that are encouraging but frankly made up. On the other side of the extreme we have people prophesying gloom doom fear and destruction.

Yes their is an audience for both gloom and doom and only nice things that aren’t true.

Sadly the prophetic movement has bought and bit into a few issues.

1. Everyday dreams and propehtic words sent to your inbox.

2. Complete fluff when correction is needed.

3. Conspiracy and new knowledge.

4. American prophetic words that seem to fall short 90% of the time about regional and world events.

Let me give you a hint. The same people predicted the same things over and over that don’t come to pass either are getting their info from the same source which isn’t God.

They are just needing you to stay tuned to their ministry/sales program because they have a lot of time for Facebook posts and they want to be an influencer.

Please get back to the basics.

1. Read the Bible everyday yourself.
2. Take time to pray to Jesus
3. Repent confess and declare whatever is needed.
4. Allow God to communicate to you through the above suggestions.
5. Pray for discernment.

Years ago, I pursued the Lord in regards to wanting to understand the difference between the prophetic ministry and the gift of discernment.

I had found myself in the middle of a healing revival in my youth group and God was moving through myself and the students with the gifts of the Holy Spirit. It was as if every time I would pursue the Lord for more, more things manifested that I had no grid for. I quickly found myself learning by faith.

I asked people around me for answers and some would give me a few helpful tips, but no one could answer the question I had.

When I was first hired at this local church the lead pastor gave me a book on The Seer gifting. I had never heard of a seer nor did I realize that I was born a seer. I thought most people had the same type of experiences that I had and knew the spiritual things that I knew. I ended up reading every book I could find on the subject and discovered quickly that most of the seer or prophetic books had great stories but zero practical application. It was as if people didn't understand that the seer's ability is combined with the gift of discernment.

I continued to ask the Lord a question about spiritual things and soon I would have 20 more questions about seeing in the spirit and the Seer/Discernment gift.

In 2016, a well known prophet came into town and prophesied over me that I would "write books that would impact nations and the world." In 2016 when he spoke this out I had no desire to write a book and frankly anyone who knows me understands that I have always been hungry to learn, however, writing has always been a struggle.

Years later when I decided to start the process of writing this book I decided I would write a book that I would want to read. I included in the book answers to some of the questions I was pursuing.

In addition to history about seers in the Old and New Testament, I've shared understanding of Hebrew and Greek words. I shared a bit about the men and women who operated in these gifts in the bible.

My desire is this book will help you get a biblical grasp on this gift as well as accelerate your gifts like the many people I have encountered all over the world.
