Dear Balmville Families,
The Balmville PTA is looking for parents and guardians who are interested in getting involved and helping support our school community.
As one of the last remaining PTAs in Newburgh, we are proud of the programs, events, and opportunities we provide for our students, staff, and families. However, we need your help to continue this important work. Without additional volunteers and leadership, we risk losing our PTA title and all that it brings to our school.
We are currently seeking both PTA Board Members and volunteers for non-board positions. We especially need help with:
• Social Media Management
• Fundraising Coordination
• Correspondence and Communications

Whether you have a few hours a month or are interested in taking on a larger role, your support can make a meaningful difference.

Dear Families,
Teacher Appreciation Week is just around the corner—May 4–8—and our PTA is excited to celebrate the incredible teachers and staff who do so much for our children every day!
To make this week extra special, we are asking for your support through donations. There are many ways you can help:
💛 Ways to Contribute:
* Cash or Venmo donations to help fund supplies and events
* Food donations for our special Friday Luncheon
* Your time to help set up, serve, or organize
* Snack and beverage donations to help us stock the staff lounges all week long
🎉 Our goal is to show our appreciation all week with treats, surprises, and a celebratory luncheon on Friday—but we can’t do it without your help!
If you’d like to contribute or volunteer, please reach out or send in your donation with your child.
