Longtime Wreaths Across America volunteer Jennifer Adcock was named as the tenth recipient of our annual Honor Award!

As a volunteer Sponsorship Group Leader for ‘North Carolina Ambassador for Arlington', Jennifer has supported and participated in the WAA mission since 2011. She raises thousands of dollars annually to sponsor veterans’ wreaths at events, including Maryland’s annual Irish Festival and helps facilitate the WAA Mobile Education experience booth. We are grateful for her support and dedication to the mission.

WOMEN VETERANS NEEDED for the August 25 Renegades Game

We would like to recognize our women Veterans at this year’s Veteran Appreciation Game as we did in the past.
In order to do this, we need your help!
If you are a woman Veteran or know one who is going to the game,

Participants will be provided with instructions for when and where
to link up before the game for the opening ceremony.

The Hudson Valley Renegades is hosting a Veterans Appreciation Day August 25th, Gates open 11:30am with a ceremony to honor our veterans at 1pm, with First Pitch at 2:05om

Tickets are free for registered veterans. Each veteran may receive up to 6 tickets, free food and drink at the event. Please complete the link below to register. Only requests submitted through the link will be honored.

Happy Fourth of July! All of us at VFW Auxiliary National Headquarters wish all of you a safe and happy anniversary of our nation’s declaration of independence as America celebrates her 248th birthday.

Please note, VFW Auxiliary National Headquarters is CLOSED today, July 4, and Friday, July 5, in observance of the holiday.

Additionally, Throwback Thursday photos of our National Guard candidates will resume next week, on July 11. Thank you!
