On World Environment Day 2026, we’re highlighting how West Fraser is advancing nature-related reporting.

We recently published our first report aligned with the Taskforce on Nature-related Financial Disclosures (TNFD), focusing on our Alberta operations.

The TNFD framework enabled us to assess our impacts and dependencies on biodiversity, water and ecosystems and translate those insights into business risks and opportunities.

Through this work, West Fraser is strengthening internal decision-making, enhancing transparency with stakeholders and contributing to the evolution of nature-related reporting across the forest sector.
