We want to personally announce that our company, Fire Rescue Equipment NW, LLC
has been acquired by SeaWestern Inc. effective 12/31/2023.
In making this decision, we wanted to make certain that the acquiring company
would be one to sustain the reputation and standing that we have managed to build

over the last 14 years. Much like Fire Rescue Equipment, SeaWestern is a family-
owned business that has a mission statement of “Quality products with Service After

the Sale.” They have proven over the past 45 plus years to be a proud and
contributing member of the communities that it is a part of. Currently SeaWestern
is in their 2nd generation of family ownership. Steve Morris and his team are sure to
carry on the same traits, quality, and service that you have come to know and love
from the Fire Rescue Equipment & Holmatro name.
You have always been our valued partner and friend. You have trusted Fire Rescue
Northwest to keep you equipped and trained to save lives. For that, we are forever
grateful.
Chris Mills & Jake Alguire will be joining the SeaWestern team. Chris will continue
with sales and training of the Holmatro product line, and Jake will continue with
training and service of the Holmatro brand. The relationships that we have spent
countless hours building will not be changed, compromised, or diminished in any

Check out the PDI on Salem Fire Department new Holmatro Cordless Pentheon tools! This pic shows mid-project, 28 tools out of the box, ready to go - 14 more to go. Thanks to their voters, they were able to upgrade a lot of their lifesaving equipment. In-service began last week!

Huge welcome to the family goes out the Chief Beck & Shasta Lake Fire Protection District ! They have joined our family in a big way. We have taken them from a combination tool and a small 23” ram to a full set of Holmatro Cordless Pentheon tools with a 28” Spreader, 312 lbf Cutting Force Cutter, and a 71” Ram. Take a look at what they did to this car in a fraction of the time it took with their old tools. All done with 90% of the battery left for more cars.

Wrapped up a demo this weekend. Great crews and good tools were represented. One of the questions we often get is “Why go Holmatro?” There are many reasons, one of them is that we have the longest push of any ram on the market. In looking at the changes in vehicles and the associated injuries to our patients, we really need to get away from taking patients out the side and focus on Linear Removal or “Out the Back”. A proper dash lift makes this technique so much easier. Look at these 2 pics, 1 side was lifted with a 60” Ram and the other with our 71” Ram. With the tools out & the cut techniques that we teach, we still had 15” more room for patient removal. Tools and techniques do make a difference in how smoothly the call goes.

Another one joins the family! Welcome La Grande Rural Fire Protection District to the Cordless Holmatro Tool Family. They have been a long time Holmatro user who has now upgraded from a corded system to a Pentheon Cordless tool system - this will cut significant time off of their rescues! In-Service training went well, looking forward to our upcoming DPSST Certified Passenger Vehicle Technician Class in May. Going to be a blast - look for more pics from the class.

Yreka - rest easy, you’re in good hands with Yreka City Fire Department . Thank you to Chief Lemos for your new addition of Holmatro Pentheon Cordless Tools. We replaced their single tool pump that was no longer able to handle new vehicles with the 190th set of Holmatro Cordless Tool Systems in our area! Using tilt brackets, we were able to go from 2 compartments down to all their tools in 1 compartment. In-service training went perfect, just look at that steering wheel!
