🎓 The Countdown is On! Graduation is Almost Here! 🎉

We are so excited to celebrate the incredible achievements of our graduates. Here is everything you need to know about the upcoming ceremony:

📅 Date: Thursday, May 21
🕖 Time: 7:00 PM
📍 Location: The Football Field

🪑 Seating Information
Options: Seating will be available both on the field and in the bleachers.

Policy: General seating is strictly first-come, first-served. There is no general reserved seating, so be sure to arrive early to grab your spots!

♿ Handicap Seating
We want to ensure everyone can comfortably enjoy the ceremony! If you or a guest require handicap seating on the field, please call the school office as soon as possible to reserve your spot. 652-1646

As we celebrate our seniors during their final week at Newaygo High School, we also want to recognize the incredible leadership they showed through this year’s Teen Teach-In initiative during April's Financial Literacy month. 🦁

Before heading into their next chapter, 70 of our senior Personal Finance students spent time giving back to younger Lions by teaching financial literacy lessons in 26 elementary classrooms at Newaygo Elementary. Their patience, leadership, creativity, and willingness to mentor younger students made us incredibly proud.

These seniors have left their mark on our school in so many ways, and this experience was just one more example of the positive impact they’ve had on our community. We are proud of each and every one of you and can’t wait to see where life takes you next. Congratulations, Class of 2026! 🎓

🎨 BEFORE THE CEILING COMES DOWN… TAKE HOME A PIECE OF NHS HISTORY! 🏫

Over the years, many of our students have left their mark on Newaygo High School by painting ceiling tiles throughout the building. As construction approaches, we want to give students, families, alumni, and staff the opportunity to claim their painted tiles before they are removed.

If you would like to keep a tile, please fill out the Google Form by Friday, May 22. Claimed tiles must be picked up by June 3.
