Urban League of Essex County Young Professionals ULECYP aims to offer socially conscious and engaged emerging professionals opportunities to serve their communities and enhance professional development.

The Urban League of Essex County Young Professionals (ULECYP) is a unique membership arm of the Urban League of Essex County (ULEC) designed to serve as an empowerment forum for individuals ages 21 to 40. ULECYP is one of 53 chapters of the National Urban League Young Professionals, which serves as a network of young professionals across the country that works to eradicate social and economic inequalities through local implementation of National Urban League’s empowerment agenda.
