Update: She has returned home:

Would you be able to post a missing cat! We live at 592 and our cat got out and is NOT an outside cat. Her name is snow and she has a flea collar on.

Hudson House will be the new home of Scholar House Media & Cyanna Education Services, symbolizing a commitment to growth, innovation, & community. The project has been underway for several months now with the most recent additions of the stunning black arched windows, new roof, and freshly painted front steps. The next stage in the renovation process includes the installation of more lighting and flooring that will complement the vision for a dynamic and inspiring work and event space.

We are particularly excited about the upcoming finishing touches that will bring Hudson House to life. This space is not just a physical location; it represents a new chapter for Monte Christopher - fostering continued collaboration, creativity, and conversations. Together, we look forward to energizing the connection between the MCH companies and creating a space that redefines our impact in Newark and Licking County.

The Licking County Historical Society Antique Appraisal Fair!
What a great event to attend. Not unlike the Antiques Roadshow on PBS, people bring family pieces, found items, yard sale finds etc. to have them appraised by long time antique auctioneer Craig Connelly with additional computer assisted research by Ryan Meldahl. It's as much fun to be in the audience seeing what others have brought as it is to find out what your item(s) are worth. Donuts and coffee provided. Come early as this is a well attended event. Cost $5 per item. Members of LCHS may have one item evaluated for free.
