My experience, is in construction, I am a subcontractor of a larger company for the last 16 years, I’ve handled hundreds of millions of dollars from projects such as the light rails in Newark on Bloomfield Avenue and Davenport Station, I’ve worked on track five in Penn Station, I’ve worked at a $40 million communication tower project in Hoboken ferry terminal train yard
I am currently working on the Newark air train maintenance facility a project over $100 million
Each of these projects came in time and under budget
The fact that we are even contemplating voting for candidates who have no financial experience, never written a requisition, never wrote a contract, never hired subcontractors, never been to arbitration, and have no concept of how to generate revenue for the city of Newark is beyond my comprehension.
What do you think you’re just gonna wing it when you get into office?
As of today, we have more college graduates that are unemployed than ever before.
You need a leader that can handle the failing infrastructure of our city, you need a leader that comprehends the importance of maintaining CITY construction vehicles, and would’ve maintained all the vehicles in working order and would’ve had the streets cleared within three days of the snow.
Unfortunately, people base politics on image and smooth talk as opposed to actual hard-core experience
We have allowed the Port Authority to get away with not paying the city of Newark over $10 billion in back rent
We have governor Phil Murphy, Mayor Ras Baraka and Joe deVincenzo all allegedly conspired to allow Port Authority to pay only $5 million a year in rent for 10,000,000 ft.² of waterfront property which equates to $.50 cents a square foot
As opposed to the market value of $12 a square foot.
These 3 conspired to use this $5 million rent money to pay for a loan that Essex County county has given to the city of Newark, a $120 million loan at approximately 4% interest for the lead pipe replacement
That means that the $5 million that we get from Port Authority pays about $4.8 million in interest every year alone
As of last year, the EPA has allocated at $3 billion to fund the replacement of lead water pipes throughout our city, we do not have any business paying back a loan when the EPA has allocated funds for that specific project.
Newark residence are being duped.,
For the past 20 years, I’ve worked with some of the brightest architects and engineers in the state of New Jersey, you learn a thing or two .
In regards to these new developments as beautiful as they are, they are hurting Newark residence more than helping, these developers are rewarding politicians that approved their projects to be built in our city,
They are not using Newark base contractors, and these abatement could go to manufacturers instead.
Newark is virtually 60% blue-collar workers, yet, all of the major corporations that are coming into Newark are white collar jobs.
When will CITY leaders start bringing jobs for the average Newark citizen?
As much as I love the other candidates. What I bring to the table is unmatched..
Experience, supersede, education, day in and day out.
I have worked with more interns from NJIT over the last 10 years, and everyone of them told me, what i taught them was never taught in class
The more you get to know about me in my experience, the clearer it is that I am the only one that can beat Ras
There is no Clearer Choice than having me as your new Mayor!!
May 12th, help yourself by voting for Me as your next Mayor
Make the Noble Choice.
