New Jersey’s COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program covers up to 12 months of back rent, as well as up to 3 months of future rent payments. So far, nine of CAPC’s tenants have received rental assistance through the program, which allowed them to fully pay off their balances. We are pleased to announce that we have teamed up with Ellavoz to launch the Ellavoz Neighborhood Homes Fund. This fund is a $50 million fund that will target single and multi-family residential affordable housing properties for rehabilitation or construction. Read more here:

Last week we got the news that Santander would be supporting us with a grant focused on providing solutions for sustainable affordable housing. This grant will support foreclosure prevention and neighborhood stabilization, down payment assistance, and finances towards construction and rehab of rental housing.
