We believe that everyone should have access to end-of-life care regardless of their ability to pay, complexity of care, or severity of need. Working together, we can ensure that all eligible patients have a meaningful end-of-life experience and the opportunity to write the last chapter of their life. Ohio's Hospice of Central Ohio has a long standing tradition of integrity, innovation, clinical ex

cellence and stability. We are one of Ohio’s longest serving, nonprofit, community-based, Medicare certified hospice and palliative care agencies. We have four locations and serve nine counties—from Columbus to Zanesville and from Hocking to Delaware Counties. Our high quality of care and outstanding service is the result of over 30 years of innovation. This evolution allows us to provide a wide spectrum of services and resources to the Central Ohio Community.
