In this episode, Elle Ballard explores the powerful concept of “the gap in doing”—the space between knowing what you need and actually taking action. Using her personal experience with a DEXA scan, Elle shares how the results confirmed what she already knew her body needed, yet resistance and identity kept her stuck.

She connects this pattern to what many women leaders and entrepreneurs experience in business and life: avoiding the very changes that could transform us because we don’t yet see ourselves as the kind of person who follows through.

✨ Learn how to:

Recognize the hidden resistance behind inaction
Shift your identity to support real transformation
Close the gap between awareness and aligned action
This episode is a powerful reminder that growth begins when we stop waiting to “feel ready” and start becoming the person we already know we’re meant to be.
