The Licking County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank the community for their assistance during this investigation.

PRESS RELEASE
Missing Juvenile – Licking County Sheriff’s Office Seeking Public Assistance
Licking County, OH — On April 1, 2026, at approximately 1:09 p.m., the Licking County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a missing juvenile identified as 17-year-old Colton Smith.

Colton is described as a white male, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with blond hair and blue eyes. He was last seen on March 31, 2026, at approximately 1:00 p.m., wearing blue jeans and a burgundy-colored T-shirt with black sleeves.

Colton has been entered as an endangered missing child due to known medical conditions, and there is concern for his safety and well-being.

The circumstances surrounding Colton’s disappearance remain under investigation.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Colton Smith is urged to contact the Licking County Sheriff’s Office at 740-670-5500.
