A second great partnership to mention this week. On Wednesday, Shelby spoke to the Heath Garden Club (+ others!) at White Sparrow Events. This group of ladies were engaged, asked great questions and are a truly compassionate group. Check out that trunk and backseat full of Welcome Kit donations. We are so grateful for their support for our families and young adults!

Have we mentioned recently how many cool partnerships we have? Thank you to Zach, Reanna (and her team) for packing 5 boxes of brand new clothes from Abercrombie & Fitch. Our youth will have brand new, high quality, stylish clothes. Our organization thrives on partnerships such as this to help our programs successfully meet the needs of every child & young adult we serve. Thank you!

🍂 FUN NIGHTS, FULL HEARTS! 🍂

We’ve had such a fun time at Fostering Further lately! 💙

🛒 Adulting 101 got competitive with our Grocery Games! Our young adults put their skills to the test while learning practical grocery shopping skills and having a little fun along the way. Who knew grocery shopping could be a game?! 😆

🎃 Foster Support Group celebrated the season with our Fall Party! It was a wonderful evening of caramel apples, pumpkin painting and a pinata!

As you switch out summer clothes for fall and winter, would you consider donating gently used 5T clothing for boys and girls to the Fostering Further Clothing Closet? 💙👕👗

Our closet helps support foster and kinship families in our community, and we’re in need of 5T clothing for both boys and girls!

That's right, we're not having a regular Adulting 101 class in November (or December) - we're going to enjoy a traditional Thanksgiving Meal and have some fun!

We'll gather for a great meal (thanks to Junior League of Columbus), games, and yes - there will be gifts! We love closing out the year with you 🫶

So, we've been busy planning, prepping (and still prepping!), and anxiously waiting for our next gatherings to come. 😍

Hi everyone! It’s Shelby over here, and today I want to take a moment to recognize these two incredible women. Honestly, it’s hard to put into words just how amazing they are.

These two have some of the biggest hearts I’ve ever known. The compassion, love, and dedication they pour into the people we serve go far beyond what most people ever get to see. They show up, they care deeply, and they continue to give so much of themselves, even on the hard days.

The work we do isn’t always easy, and some days come with challenges that can feel overwhelming. But through it all, their faith in our mission and their hearts for the people we serve continue to shine so brightly. They are the kind of people who remind you why this work matters and why we keep showing up, even when it’s hard.

They deserve their own moment in the spotlight because they truly are the best of the best. I am so grateful to work alongside them, learn from them, and be part of a team with hearts like theirs. ❤️ They are making a difference in more lives than they will ever know.
