Amy Burroughs has some insightful statistics and commentary about how as more Gen Z students start their higher education, they will have different expectations than previously seen. Technology will have to be at the forefront and meet their needs to learn on their time. Personalized feedback at any time will become an expectation since so much of what is available to them is available 24/7.
