A protected bike lane was the scene of a tragedy—a preventable one—on the Queensboro Bridge yesterday.

Through safer street design and speed management, we can protect lives, including by better separating traditional bikes from e-micro-mobility vehicles.

Police say Thursday around 8:30 a.m., two men going opposite directions collided while crossing the bridge.
