🫗 EPA is taking action to reduce PFAS exposure and protect drinking water.

Last week, EPA advanced a comprehensive PFAS strategy that includes nearly $1 billion in new funding, proposed drinking water safeguards for PFOA and PFOS, and practical tools to help communities address PFAS and other emerging contaminants.

In Region 2, this means new support for communities in New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
