You can’t change a system you can’t see.

At this year’s National Symposium, Cosmos Cranston and Sarah Salomon-Hennessy of RE!NSTITUTE will lead "Map It to Change It: Journey Mapping for Youth Homelessness Prevention," a hands-on session designed to help participants trace what it actually feels like for young people to navigate housing instability. Participants will build a journey map and identify key moments where support can change outcomes.
