Dear Inspector Judith Harrison:
We are filing a complaint against community rogue, Mrs. Huahong Li, who deliberately violated the rules and regulations during the Flushing New Year parade, creating a political incident which harmed the national interest of the United States.
During last year's New Year parade, the organizer ( aka 109 precinct ) has made rules as follows:
1. No participants of the parade are allowed to hold slogans that's politically offensive;
2. No participants are allowed to display national flags of any other countries than the United States. Violators will be barred from taking part in the next year's parade. Rogue Huahong Li knowingly broke the law, her vehicles came into the parade area by way of cover, and removing the cover as the parade started, revealing the politically offensive slogans and displaying 50 Chinese Communist Party's flags. This is a serious political incident that harmed the United States, making a mockery of the American police. CCP journalist has captured the image of them waiving the communist red flag. The Chinese state television broadcasted live on the same day, and fabricated lies that CCP's rule in China has been embraced and supported by the American government officials and the American people. We have received accurate information, rogue Huahong Li wants to play the old tricks again this year, and replay the political incident that harmed the national interest.
We are making the request as follows:
1.Prohibit rogue Huahong Li from participating in this year's parade; If she forcibly enters the scene she will be arrested;
2. If the vehicle arranged by Huahong Li displays the communist red flag, it should be escorted out of the scene of the parade. Anyone who violates this rule will be arrested on the spot.
