Here's a quick tip that could change how you write every piece of content from here on out. 💡
The most underrated element of any social media post — caption, video script, or story — is the opening hook. Most businesses lead with what they do or what they're offering, when the real goal of that first line is simply to make someone stop scrolling long enough to care.
A great hook does one of three things: it makes a bold claim, poses a question that your audience is already asking themselves, or names a problem they recognize immediately. When you nail that first line, everything else gets easier — because now you have their attention.
This week, try rewriting the opening of your next post before you publish it. Ask yourself: if I only read the first sentence, would I keep reading? If the answer is no, keep editing until it's yes.
