Mr. Barry G. Campbell, master of VA claims and Founder/President of Veterans Quality Of Life Access Network Inc. Has been taking veterans out of poverty for over 40 years. He created a screening process for VA claims that has helped millions veterans across america (THE UNDER SERVED).
