– Proceeds will go to support the programs of Saleaflor Foundation.
– Winners will be notified via phone or email with instructions on how to claim their prizes.
– Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes.
– Winners may win multiple times for the 3rd prize ($1,000).
– Winners can only win once for the 1st prize ($15,000), 2nd prize ($5,000).
– If a winner qualifies for more than one of these prizes, they will receive the highest prize. (Example: If you win $1,000 and later win $5,000 or $15,000, you will claim the higher amount.) After years of planning and fundraising, months of coordinating and organizing, and weeks of transporting and sorting donations, we have finally arrived at St. Dominic of Guzman Church, Tabgon, Camarines Sur for the 4th Saleaflor Foundation Medical Mission.

This moment is the result of so much love, hope, and hard work — and we can’t wait to make a difference together!
