“Latina adolescent su***de has reached epidemic proportions in New York State with su***de the second leading cause of death for Latina teens.
As one of the many supports the Poughkeepsie City School District offers to its high needs students, district leadership recently committed to partnering with Comunilife to implement its Life is Precious (LIP) Program to address the needs of the district’s middle and high school Latina population.
