"Behind the Badge is about the Cop Kid experience. It focuses on two contrasting father son relationships and how the job has inevitably crept it's way into each. The stories in the piece are based on the tales heard at the dinner table, during fights, at family parties, and with friends. They are staged with the same flare for storytelling and simplicity with which they were told. At it’s core Behind the Badge is looking to find the humanity inside men who are asked to put humanity on hold."
