The NYC Hospitality Alliance testified before the City Council this week in support of proposals that would help restaurants, bars, and nightlife businesses navigate costly regulations, construction disruptions, and bureaucratic delays.

Among the measures we supported:
✅ Security gate relief
✅ Construction impact assistance
✅ Tax relief for businesses affected by infrastructure projects
✅ Faster business openings through better agency coordination

We'll continue advocating for policies that reduce costs, improve government processes, and support NYC's independent hospitality businesses.
