Everyone, Meet Chris! πŸ‘‹

Chris is the Co-Vice President of our Junior Board and Co-Founder and COO of Paragon Medical Group, a consortium of medical clinics that specialize in treating trauma-related injuries. Our NAC kids love when Chris stops by because he always brings the energy, the laughs, and lots and lots of fun.

We're grateful to our members like Chris who are dedicated to making sure NAC kids have everything they need to succeed and feel supported every step of the way.

Can we get some love for Chris in the comments?! πŸ’™

Name a better way to start summer than with an ice cream social...we'll wait!

Thank you to our friends at Morgan Stanley who helped our NAC kids kick-off the summer with a special ice cream party. There were games, giggles, and crafts PLUS the kids got to make their very own ice cream from scratch. It was a blast shaking the bags, tossing them around, and making their very own home made treats....and don't even get us started on the toppings bar!

Thank you Morgan Stanley for your generosity and time, and always showing up for our NAC kids. Now let's get that summer time fun started!

We're blushing.

It's an incredible honor to "be the sugar" in the lives of our Foster and Kinship families. Our work is so much sweeter because of the incredible families we work with at NAC. We're proud to support every member of a NAC family with the tools they need to find their success.

There's one week left in Foster Care Awareness Month. If you've ever wondered about becoming a foster parent, now is the time. Learn more about fostering with NAC and the incredible children we support.

This month, NAC is proud to share books from our library that uplift Asian American and Pacific Islander voices, stories, and experiences with our children and families. πŸ’™

Some of the books in our library the kids love are:
πŸ“– Hana Hsu and the Ghost Crab Nation by Sylvia Liu
πŸ“– A Sari for Ammi by Mamta Nainy
πŸ“– We Who Produce Pearls: An Anthem for Asian America by Joanna Ho

Books help children feel seen, spark empathy, and open doors to new perspectives, and we’re so excited to share these meaningful stories with our community. 🌏✨

Look at all the artists on our NAC staff!

We had a staff painting event and it was so fun to come together and see everyone express their creativity through art. With some guidance, our staff painted their very own spring meadows. It was a fun and relaxing way to come together as a staff and we can't wait for the next one!

πŸ³οΈβ€πŸŒˆπŸ’™ Today, on the International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia, and Biphobia, we stand in support of LGBTQIA+ youth, families, and communities everywhere.

At NAC, we believe every child deserves to feel safe, affirmed, respected, and celebrated for who they are. We are committed to creating inclusive spaces where all young people can access care, support, and community without fear of discrimination. πŸ’™

We’re still smiling from this week's Night for NAC.

It was such a special evening filled with community, celebration, and support for the amazing children and families we serve. From celebrating with friends to welcoming new supporters, the energy in the room was truly unforgettable.

Thank you to everyone who came out, donated, volunteered, and helped make this event such a success. We raised a thrilling $63,000 which will go towards a magical NAC summer carnival that our kids will never forget!

Because of this community, NAC kids can. πŸ’™
