Unfortunately our experience here in NY is the same except for the last part- universal mail in ballots. But the super majority is trying to add that too.

California has by far the worst election system in the United States. No other state is close.

New York State uses ES&S, Dominion (Liberty) and Hart InterCivic and Clear Ballot Voting Machines. They have foreign sources for their parts including China.

Mullin noted major U.S. voting machine companies have acknowledged that some of their components cannot be sourced from any American manufacturers, requiring them to rely on foreign suppliers.

Three of those vendors which make up the vast majority of election systems in the U.S., “more than 80%,” are ES&S, Hart InterCivic, and Dominion.

🚨🚨 🚨🚨: 10,680 Non-Citizen Indicators Found on New York Voter Rolls
Project CIVICA's new report, OPEN DOORS: Unauthorized Entry of Non-Citizens onto New York's Voter Rolls, examined data from 14 New York counties—about 10% of the state's population.

Our analysis identified 10,680 records carrying non-citizen indicators, including 88 unique records with voting history.

Among records with a registration-source code, 96.3% were entered through DMVI.
New Yorkers deserve a voter-registration system that is secure, accurate, transparent, and auditable.

There is an established balance of powers to protect the American People. Judges are operating outside their role.

Absentee voting has vulnerabilities we all must acknowledge.

In Chapter 5 of Fraud: How the Left Plans to Steal the Next Election, Eric Eggers focuses on absentee voting and argues that voting outside the traditional polling place introduces vulnerabilities that are harder to control or observe.

The central concern is chain of custody. Once a ballot leaves the controlled environment of a polling place, election officials have less ability to know who actually completed the ballot, whether the voter was improperly influenced, or what happened to the ballot before it was returned.

Issues include:
▪️ ballot harvesting or third-party ballot collection
▪️coercion and undue influence
▪️signature verification
▪️ballots sent to outdated addresses
▪️opportunities for absentee-ballot fraud

Eggers also points to historical cases involving absentee ballots to argue that mail voting deserves greater scrutiny rather than being treated as inherently secure.

The broader argument is straightforward: the secret ballot and controlled polling place provide protections that are difficult to reproduce when voting takes place remotely.
