Housing Options
Wannamaker's Resident Home, Inc offers clean, safe and affordable single room occupancy housing (emergency, transitional and permanent housing) for homeless, formerly homeless and low-income men. Our residences have complete furnishings, linens and refrigerators, and include full bathrooms one every floor, an entertainment room and two kitchenettes. In general, anyone over the age

of 18 without a permanent residence and with some form of steady income or public assistant is eligible to live in our residence. Our sites offer accommodations for the elderly and frail (55 years and over), stabilized chronically mentally ill, recovering substance abusers, formerly incarcerated, persons with co-occurring disorders, and veterans.

* Transitional housing is available for persons in recovery from substance abuse and people with severe mental illness or co-occurring disorders.
* Permanent housing is available to people 18 years of age or older who have a form of steady income (through employment, Public Assistant, Supplemental Security Income, etc.)
