Bridging Access to Care Bridging Access to Care is a multi-service community-based social service organization.

We provide mental health, substance use treatment, housing, prevention, education, and other support services to individuals and families from all parts of the city.

HIV prevention starts with awareness. ❤️

Knowing your status is an important part of taking care of your health. Regular HIV testing helps you stay informed and connected to the care and prevention services that are right for you.

🧪 FREE HIV SELF-TEST GIVEAWAY
The New York State Department of Health AIDS Institute is offering free HIV self-test kits through September 20, 2026.

The giveaway launched July 27 and prioritizes cisgender Latinas, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and cisgender Black women.

📍 Eligibility: This expanded giveaway is for New York State residents who live outside of the five boroughs of New York City.
