Main Points and Theoretical Foundation
** Overvalued Monetary system or excessive power of money, is the core problem. Money is ruling and shaping our lives automatically as the main motive for governmental policies and powerful incentive in people’s day to day decision making.
** Societal problems of poverty, corruptions, tensions, unstability... and subversive characteristics of lies, greed, v
iolence... shall continue until we create a new system of economy close to `Ideal. Idealism is not naivety but a necessity for our time.
** Ideal society is accessible through;
1-Economy Core Value Change: Changing the core objective of economy from `profit-making to well-being of people.
2-No Social Power For Money: Eliminating excessive power or social value of money.
3-Basic Needs Met For People: Removing the factor of financial insecurity from people’s lives by providing all their basic needs met whether through government sponsored programs or free enterprises loyal to the mission.
**Proposed Thesis:
Dr. Moslehi’s thesis for a trial city reads as follows:
`Under specific systems of economy, education, family and governing, when the basic needs of people for the entire life is secured and in return people are expected to be economically self-sufficient or produce a certain number of time units from their choices of work, the progress and economic productivity will grow even more than what is expected from a capitalist system, but the existing societal problems and subversive characteristics will decrease substantially.
**Trial City Project: The proposed thesis will be tested in small-scale city. One thousand volunteer individuals will be selected to live under certain conditions of economy, family, education and administration, described in the book Man-Ruling Society.
** Free Enterprise: Entrepreneurs loyal to the mission, could develop and manage this project if the government fails to do so:
1-Real state contractor agency, to provide the needed land and city infrastructures development for the trial city through...
2-Placement agency, to match the skills and work interests of city residents with those of the community needs and demands, in return for 5% worth of total committed productivity of participants (One thousand city residents).
3-Residential placement agency, to match the residential requests of participants with those of the availability and provide furnished units for participants in return for 30% worth of their total committed productivity.
4-Insurance agency, to provide the defined ongoing basic needs of participants (Food, clothing, medical care, education, recreation, travel...) in return for 65% worth of their total committed productivity.
** Human Nature: People are creative by nature and like to produce, develop and bring good changes. This self directed desire could be the base for economic development. However, there are two obstacles to be controlled; environmental factors (Overvalued monetary system and continues financial insecurities), and inherited human nature (Desire to control and selfishness).
** Commitment: On a yearly basis, each individual will lay a plan as how to meet his or her productivity share of 1000 hours of production contribution, guided by the list of in-demand jobs or production lines, in return for all their extended basic needs to be met.
**Healthy Society: By putting desired condition of financial security in place, the conditions of marriage, parenting, relationships, preserving true selves, integrity, honesty, and trust among people and within society will all improve, leading to totally different kind of healthy society.
**Anticipated results: Better characters, flourishing creativity, and more economic prosperity. Details in Money-Business section of www.appliedhumanism.com , and the book Man-Ruling Society
