Today & got together to give back to the lovely people in the Rochdale Community. We were able to deliver meals to almost 50 senior homes.

The smiles on these people faces were amazing!

One woman said we came just in time because she needed this. another humble woman off 99 years old gave us her well wishes while many others were in total awe and grace. The people in all the buildings were also amazing and held the doors open and greeted us at every building with smiles as well. I was blessed by every smile I got to see today for every meal delivered.

It's no better blessing then to be a blessing to someone else and today that was achieved. Thank you to Kevin Livingston over at and Pastor Sean Edwards at for coordinating this collaboration and hitting us up to take part. Tomorrow I will undergo knee surgery so I will be off the front line for a few weeks but no worries. Once I'm back in action it's GameOn! Thank you to my fellow runners for helping to get the job done with Style & Grace!

Huge S/O to the Public Safety crew of Rochdale & 100 Suit Staff. The work you guys are committed to WEEKLY is amazing! You Guys Rock!

My success partners and i visited the community of San Martín almost a year ago in Guatemala to help serve these beautiful children and continue their education past the 4th Grade.
To see the finished product just brings nothing but joy to my heart! This fuels my fire and drive even more. There’s MORE work to be done and I’m also happy to announce that i will BE RETURNING TO GUATEMALA 🇬🇹 to continue to serve with my heart and help build another Bottle School for another deserving community before 2019 is over! If any “Change Agents” are interested in partnering up for our next trip to Guatemala shoot me a DM for more information 🤝❤️🧡💛💚💙💜🖤 -

From the & We really want to thank God for allowing us along with our amazing friends and all our other success partners for allowing us to be apart of the Journey. There is so much work to be done in Guatemala and we are just getting started. We continue the journey August 2019 for yet another amazing opportunitt to build another school! Congrats to the amazing families of San Martine on completing their amazing school! School number 119 (i believe) i maybe be off by one or two dont quote me just yet lol. But we have hundreds more to do. Taking it one school at a time. Until we meet again.

I’m teaming up and working with and to provide emergency relief to the Guatemalan children and their families impacted by the Volcano that erupted in early June, El Fuego 🌋

The eruption of the Fuego Volcano has left local communities uninhabitable due to the mixture of lava, ash, and volcanic gas 🌫

As im preparing to head back to Guatemala in a few hours i just want to tell all you Dreamers out there. "DREAM BIG ENOUGH TO INCLUDE OTHERS AND GOD WILL MAKE A WAY." September 29th 2016 i was broke with a dream. No clue how or if i would be able to get the funds needed to be an example and serve others with no strings attached and thanks to friends and family THEY made it happen. THEY felt apart of the movement now WE get to do it again. Super excited and blessed to be headed back down to Guatemala to help build another school. The first one has be completed! 🙌🙌🙏🙏. Now on to the next! To everyone who continues to give and pray towards this cause i thank you so much and Love you with the love of the lord and there is absolutely nothing you can do about it! ❤

4 years ago i decited to make traveling a lifestyle. Its an amzing feeling to be able to travel the world and see and do things that most ppl can only imagine. But one thing we all can do thats just as good is to be a helping hand. You can do that from home, work or your community. The joy you get from giving your time, tressure and energy to someone who has less than you is even better and the reward is great! Buy if you can do it in another community, city, state, or country, go for it! Last year me and a few friends took a trip to go build a school and help children in need and i kept my word to make this atleast an annual thing. 8 months later im headed back to Guatemala to build another school and im taking more friends with me. I cannot wait to have these rock stars join me on another adventure. This will be their first time and im super excited for these guys. Dre Dougiee Tanaya Cook Twanie TheBrain Harris. Along side my co captain Dominika Tarnowska Blum who is also awesome. She will be headed back to build another school. She has been doing an amazing job these last few years making a difference. Thank you for being such a great leader.

It's so important to teach our young kings how to grow into proper men. To tie a tie is a major key in life....🙏 shout out to our brother Elijah for helping this young man who chose to take a tie out of all the toys he had the option of choosing from and ask how to tie it! Just one of the many moments that caught my eye as we gave children in Brownsville, Brooklyn Toys for Christmas.
