ICD specializes in serving people with barriers to employment, including Veterans, people with disabilities, youth in transition from school to work, entry-level employees, and career changers. ICD provides comprehensive Career Training in the following fields:
- Building/Facility Maintenance
- Custodial Services
- Professional Security
- Human Services
- Computer Networking (Cisco CCNA)
- Deskto

Last week, New York Daily News published a commentary by ICD's Co-Presidents, titled “NYC can better address disabilities: Help people help themselves in school and work."
