We traveled to Southampton, New York, to promote Peru as a world-class destination, joining the Peruvian American Chamber of Commerce of Long Island (PACCLI) at the Hamptons Business Expo held at the Arts Center. The event brought together leading institutions and Latin American businesses, creating valuable opportunities for connection and collaboration.

It was also a pleasure to visit Håndværk, a successful high-end brand whose collections are largely crafted in Peru, and which is looking to expand sourcing with Peruvian companies.

We continue building strong commercial bridges between Peru and the United States—connecting talent, quality, and opportunity.

At the latest edition of Playtime New York—one of North America’s leading premium baby and childrenswear trade shows—it was especially rewarding to witness a strong and growing Peruvian presence. This edition featured Peruvian companies such as Tun Tun and Baby Club Chic, alongside U.S.-based brands founded by Peruvian entrepreneurs, including Lyda Baby, Nella Pima, The Smiley Crab, and Mio Cotton—reflecting the sustained growth and global vision of Peruvian talent in the childrenswear segment.

We commend these Peruvian brands for standing out and consolidating their position in the U.S. market, driven by years of perseverance: consistently participating in international trade shows, building efficient distribution channels to supply boutiques, adapting to evolving market trends, and proactively embracing new regulatory challenges.

🚀🇺🇸 Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming a distinguished delegation of 🇵🇪 Peruvian professionals to our Commercial Office in New York 🗽, right after their successful participation in the Fab26 Conference at MIT in Boston.

We had great conversations with:

Joining this insightful exchange was Alejandra Molina (GEN Invest), a key player in tech startup development permanently based in Manhattan.
