Launches Strategic Tender for Innovation Hub

The Republic of Cyprus has officially launched the tender process for the development of a state-of-the-art Science and Technology Park in Pentakomo—a flagship national project aiming to position Cyprus as a regional leader in innovation, research, and tech entrepreneurship.

Key Features:

· Almost 200 km² of allocated land with modern infrastructure and flexible zoning

· Priority sectors: solar energy, health technology, nanotechnology, and software and gaming

· Incentives: 5-year rent-free period, along with tax, IP, and infrastructure benefits

· Submission deadline: 12 September 2025
