We are a digital accelerator for groups and organizations in the American political ecosystem that promote civic health, public participation, and open dialogue. Since the November 2016 election, we have seen the greatest resurgence of American civic participation of all time. With tens of millions of Americans becoming politically awakened, and millions more physically running for office for the
first time (and they themselves representing the most diverse cross-section of the most diverse electorate we’ve ever had), we have an opportunity to trigger a lasting inflection point in American politics. We are already making this happen, but we need to go faster. We can scarcely afford to wait another month, let alone another election cycle.

Our strategic plan for Polispace is to accelerate growth, connectedness, and trust across the individuals, institutions, and civic groups that undergird healthy democracies. Our day to day operations look like this:
• Physical + Digital Space
To sustain (and accelerate) the rising tide of our political energy, we must create consistent access to flourishing, dynamic environments full of collaboration, cross-pollination, and up-to-date, actionable intel.
• Salon-style Gatherings
Honesty and vulnerability allow us to forge lifelong bonds and learn deeply from one another's perspectives. Our recurring community salons are designed to create stronger linkages across the diverse individuals and organizations we support, and to take in non-traditional perspectives from outside our comfort zones.
• Partnerships
We are ecosystem engineers, constantly scouting the political landscape for unique collaboration opportunities as well as best practices to be shared. We can’f afford to recreate any wheels.
• Shared Stories
By sharing the stories of those with diverse perspectives, and giving our partner organizations access to the best storytelling resources available, we can foster stronger empathy and understanding across digital and political divides.

We offer talent, mentorship, fundraising, workspaces, investor connections, and critical business services that help organizations and movements blaze a trail forward without a hitch.
