VOCAL NY Exchange VOCAL-NY Exchange is a street and office based harm reduction agency. We provide direct services for injection drug users.

On site we offer syringe exchange, drop-in center hours, individual and group health education, overdose prevention trainings with access to Narcan, referrals, and holistic services. We also serve the Brooklyn community through Peer Delivered Syringe Exchange and other outreach methods. We collaborate with several Brooklyn pharmacies through our Syringe Voucher Program.
