I love going to Flushing. Everytime, it's a cultural experience! But it's in need of better representation. My friend, Allen, is perfect for the job!

A man who has served his country. Who is currently serving his family. Who loves his community and wants the best for it. You can't ask for anyone better!

I am honored to give my endorsement to my wonderful friend, Gonzalo Duran who is running for Public Advocate.

I have stood with Gonzalo when he ran for Mayor. I stood with him when he ran for Congress. And I stand by him once again in this run for Public Advocate.

Historically, a Republican candidate for this office normally only takes one or two lines. He has attained the support of three. Additionally, he has received shining endorsements from Democrats, showing his support among people of all political parties.

Friends, he is the most qualified individual to hold this office. He has served his country in the capacity as a Marine sergeant, his city through his nonprofit work, and his family as an uncle and son. There is no candidate on the ballot for this office that will fight harder for you.

That is why I encourage all individuals to vote this November and to vote for Gonzalo Duran. Republican or United Alliance.

This is the only Citywide endorsement I am making.
