The Brethren of Phoenix Lodge Brooklyn NY conducted their annual elections and installations. Congrats to the new W:.M:. "J.E." Cohen and Line of Officers Senior Warden Bro Joseph Mower, Junior Warden Bro Nikoloz Eliashvilli, Secretary PDDGM R:.W:. Ron Shepard, Trustee R:.W:. Moris Kruler. We extend a hearty welcome to our newly elected affiliate brother Treasurer DDGM R:.W:. James Reichman. We also celebrated Brother R:.W:. Anthony Cuonzo 88th birthday during collation 🎂

Today, the Brethren of and Phoenix Lodge Brooklyn NY under the gathered to pay the final respects to our beloved Brother, Daveananda “Dave” Jodhan

Brother Dave was more than a Mason under Grand Lodge of the State of New York Free & Accepted Masons As Norsemen's current Marshal and previously Junior Master of Ceremony, he served the Lodge with dedication and commitment. His contributions to the Craft and to our Lodge will not be forgotten.

His service to his country, including his U.S. Navy deployment to Afghanistan, working with advanced radar and communication systems, reflected a strong sense of duty and service. The presentation of the flag to his family was a solemn reminder of a life lived in service to others.

A Masonic Funeral Service was conducted under the direction of our District Deputy Grand Master, with the support of our District Staff and many devoted Brethren. The heartfelt words shared by family, friends, colleagues, and Brothers spoke to a man who was respected and valued.

Brother Dave has laid down his working tools. May he rest in that house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
May the Great Architect of the Universe receive him into His eternal care. May he chant in the Halls of Valhalla as many other Norsemen have done who have gone that way before him ⚔️🌿

had a successful communication where much was discussed and accomplished. Our President V:. W:. James Reichman started a new tradition of giving the Badge of the Grand Lodge Staff Officer R:.W:. Paul Maravel a jewel for the duration of his two term, to be passed on to the next elected officer upon his term and so forth.
Our Assistant Grand Lecturer V:.W:. Mark Amerise gave a Lodge of Discussion for the evening's program with much success and discussion. Kudos to all who attended 👏 🌿 and with some candidates in waiting who met us for dinner during collation
